ISO ZERO is made up of more than 85% whey protein (WPI, WPC), one of the purest sources of protein. These 85% proteins come only from whey: no synthetic amino acids, collagen or gluten are added (100% from whey). Proof of its quality is also its chemical index of over 100. The Eric Favre® laboratory selected it for its rapid assimilation, which allows for muscle development, as proteins help to increase muscle mass. Due to its extraction process, the protein is only slightly denatured and ensures very good digestion.

Directions for use
On training days: take 1 scoop of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water one hour before training and then another scoop of 30g just after training to provide the muscles with the proteins they need for muscle development.
On rest days: take 1 scoop of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water as a snack at 10am or at 4pm in the evening before bedtime.
