PROTEINS VEGAN is made from 3 sources of proteins: peas, rice and spirulina titrated in chlorophyll. Vegan Proteins is recommended as part of a muscle maintenance program. It is also recommended for all people who do not consume enough protein or who have an increased need for protein (vegetarians, athletes, etc.).
Vegan Protein contains 80% protein that promotes the increase and maintenance of muscle mass. Also contains ModCarb™, a blend of carbohydrates from organic grains (oats, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth and millet).

ANTI-DOPING: Product complies with the Anti-doping regulations, in accordance with the AFNOR NF V94-001 standard (at the date of manufacture of the batch)
On training days: take 1 scoop of 30g in the morning and then before and after training to provide the muscles with the proteins they need for muscle development.
On rest days: take 2 scoops of 30g per day, preferably in the morning and evening.
To prepare the drink: 1 measuring spoon 30g. Add 1 scoop of 30g to 150 ml of water or 200 ml of skimmed milk, mix vigorously and enjoy.
